Çevre’den İZSU’ya 1,8 milyon TL ceza!

ANKARA (İGFA) – Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı’na bağlı ekiplerce İZSU Çiğli Atıksu Arıtma Tesisi’nde gerçekleştirilen denetimde tesisin Çevre İzin ve Lisans Belgesi olmadan faaliyet gösterdiği belirlendi. Atık su numunelerinde öngörülen standartların üzerinde deşarj yapıldığı tespit edildi.

Bu kapsamda 2872 sayılı Çevre Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında 464 bin 585 TL idari ceza kesildi.

İZSU Güneybatı Atıksu Arıtma Tesisi’nde (AAT) gerçekleştirilen denetimde ise atık su numunelerinde öngörülen standartların üzerinde deşarj yapıldığı tespit edildi, 464 bin 585 TL idari ceza uygulandı.

ESKİ FOÇA AAT’YE 2 KATI CEZA

İZSU Eski Foça Atıksu Arıtma Tesisi’nin (AAT) de Çevre İzin ve Lisans Belgesi olmadan faaliyet gösterdiği tespit edildi. 2022 yılında aynı ihlali yaptığı tespit edilen tesise ilgili kanun gereği 2 katı yaptırım uygulanarak 929 bin 170 TL idari ceza verildi.
